Previously know as the The Ebonaires, the group was a Detroit spiritual group from 1953-1954 composed by Jimmy Bryant (baritone), Bill Duncan (first tenor), Gabriel Suggs (second tenor) and either Bill Robinson or Bob Robinson (bass - different newspaper articles give a different first name).
They changed their name to the Revelaires about March 1954 & recorded Three singles for Burgundy records in Detroit owned by Art & Bob Sutton.
By 1955, Gabriel Suggs formed a new group with Ray Wheaton, Prentiss Polk and Donald Ashby named the Clicks and signed a recording contract with Josie Records.

I am looking for Bill Duncan. I saw the band every time they came to London Ontario.
My mom Lorna hd a close relationship with Bill Duncan and I was wondering if he
was still alive. I loved all their music and performances. I thought they were amazing!
