Biography :

Bandleader, record man and entrepreneur Dootsie Williams is best known for the string of doo-wop records that he made in the mid-50s, 1954’s Earth Angel by the Penguins being by far the most successful.

Except this photo and an article in Billboard (Nov. 1960), no information was found on Lee Collins and his Group. Billboard : "Dooto's Dootsie Williams acquired the masters to "Two Crazy Scientists" b-w "Tell Me Baby," with Lee Collins and the Orbits originally issued on the Supremacy label."
