Philly's own Billy & The Essentials under a pseudonym. During the 60's they used names like the Heatwaves and The Panics (also on Swan) for their releases.

"I Do Love You" is a typical Four Seasons' sound that the group could emulate to a T.Both writers were members of the group (W Carlucci = Billy Carlucci). Billy Carlucci written and produced over 500 songs under a gaggle of names.
