Arthur Crier and Harold Johnson  added Buddy McRae (of the Chords) and Bobby Spencer (of the Crickets) and surfaced under the Cognacs, With Carl Spencer instead of Bobby, they are the Twisters on Capitol.. A short Year later, they recorded "Nag" as the Halos and had more success!
