Biography :

When Alfred Gaitwood (The Cuff Links / The Smoothtones) left the Air Force after eight years, he settled in New York.

In the late 50s he started his own label, Gait, which recorded the Chev-rons (in which he was a member), Lee Ward, the Jades, the Profiles, Allen Bruce, and the Cuff Links.
